  • Complex and Extended Appointments are charged more in accordance with the time taken.
  • A $20 fee is payable for Referral Letters; & for Email Questions sent via My Indici (where the GP is available). 
  • Persons not enrolled are Casual Patients and pay higher fees.
  • Missed appointments (without a cancellation phone call) incur a fee:                       0-17 years $10         Adults with CSC  $15        Adults w/o CSC  $25

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We have a Pay on the Day policy for all consultations.

Payment can be made by cash or Eftpos.

Payment via Internet Banking can be made into our bank account:

Please quote your full name, and Chart No. or Invoice Reference.

We do not have monthly accounts. A $11 admin fee is added to unpaid accounts at the end of the month.  

An additional $11 admin fee will be added monthly to outanding accounts.

To reduce our carbon footprint, outstanding fees are notified by text or email where possible.

Non-attendance Fee – failure to attend your appointment or to cancel within two hours of your appointment time, will incur a charge. This includes a service fee for missed children’s appointments.

Overdue Accounts are referred to a debt collection agency unless payment arrangements have been made.  We use Global Credit debt collection agency and their costs are added to the account.

If you are having financial difficulties, please ask to speak with our Manager who will talk with you in private.  You may qualify for other subsidies.

A weekly direct debit set up through your bank is another option to cover medical costs.  Speak to our receptionist for more information.
