- Complex and Extended Appointments are charged more in accordance with the time taken.
- For New Patient / Drivers Medical / Wellness Check / Iron Infusion / Jadelle or Mirena / Punch Biopsy / Surgery appointments booked with either a nurse or doctor, fees reflect the extra time and resources assigned for this type of appointment.
- A $20 fee is payable for Referral Letters; & for Email Questions sent via My Indici (where the GP is available).
- Persons not enrolled are Casual Patients and pay higher fees.
- Missed appointments (without a cancellation phone call) incur a fee: 0-17 years $10 Adults with CSC $15 Adults w/o CSC $25

TERMS OF PAYMENT
We have a Pay on the Day policy for all consultations.
Payment can be made by cash or Eftpos.
Payment via Internet Banking can be made into our bank account:

We do not have monthly accounts. A $11 admin fee is added to unpaid accounts at the end of the month.
An additional $11 admin fee will be added monthly to outanding accounts.
To reduce our carbon footprint, outstanding fees are notified by text or email where possible.
A DNA (Did Not Arrive) charge is incurred on almost every occasion, $10 for children, $15 for adults with a CSC, $25 for adults without a CSC, if you do not arrive for your appointment or do not ring us at least 3 hours in advance. If you do not arrive for a Non-Standard
Consultation appointment (ie. New Patient, Drivers Medical) with the nurse and/or Dr, the standard fee for that service will apply as the time allocated and lost, is double (or more) than a standard appointment.
Overdue Accounts are referred to a debt collection agency unless payment arrangements have been made. We use Global Credit debt collection agency and their costs are added to the account.
If you are having financial difficulties, please ask to speak with our Manager who will talk with you in private. You may qualify for other subsidies.
A weekly direct debit set up through your bank is another option to cover medical costs. Speak to our receptionist for more information.
